Noontime Labels provides our customers with the ability to design labels online and provide printed labels, which is our service or services. Unless plainly stated otherwise, any new features or changes to our services shall be subject to these Terms of Service. The customer recognizes and agrees that our services are provided "as is" and that we do not assume responsibility for the timeliness, omission, missed delivery or failure to store any customer communication (email, phone conversation or letter) design, photo or logo that you supply to us.

We understand that your privacy is important to you and are committed to protecting your personal information and to recognizing the need to provide security for the personal information you share with us. Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept any returns of merchandise or provide refunds for purchases. Deviation from this policy due to damage during shipping or other circumstances is at the sole discretion of Noontime Labels. 

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable to you for any direct or indirect damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, use, or any other unforeseen losses resulting from our services or through third party vendors. We also are not liable for alien abductions or out of body experiences, or any positive or negative consequences resulting from such encounters.
