  • Can I buy just one label? What's the minimum number of labels I can buy?

    Our custom labels are sold as sheets, not as individual labels. The number of labels per sheet varies depending on the size and shape of the label. The minimum number of sheets you can buy depends on the size of the label you want to order and how many of those labels can fit on one sheet. Quantities and prices can be found on the customization page of each label, and on our Pricing page.

  • I like the picture on a label, but I want to change the text. Can I do that?

    Yes. Click on the label you want, this will take you to the customization screen where you can change the text, and see a preview of what your printed labels will look like. If you would like additional help, please see our Tutorial pages.

  • Can I save my label for the next time I want to order it?

    Yes, as long as you've created an account first, you will be able to save your label after customizing it. Clicking the "Save" button on the customization screen will save your custom label design to your account.

  • Do you have discounts for bulk orders?

    Yes, see our Pricing page . Pricing details can also be found on the customization page for each label.

  • How do I get in touch with you about questions or comments?

  • How do I tell the difference between a wine and a beer label?

    Any label can be anything that you choose, whether it's wine, beer, or hot sauce labels. That said, some labels fit better on certain size containers, so match your label with the container it will be put on. You can find the dimensions of our labels on each individual customization page.

  • After making a label can I preview it before ordering?

    Yes, you can see it on the label customization page as you create it.

  • Can I get samples of labels?

    Yes, Contact Us for samples of previously printed labels.

  • Are the labels waterproof?

    The ink is waterproof, however only the weather proof label stock is completely resistant to moisture.

  • Can I reorder a label I bought in the past.

    Yes, if you have an account, all the labels you buy are saved and can be reordered at any time.

  • Do you have a catalog you can send?

    We do not. Because we frequently update our Label Gallery, the only way to view all of our labels is online.

  • I want you to design a label for me. How much will that cost?

    You can see our custom design prices on our Design Services page.

  • What is the lead time for printing and shipping?

    We strive to have every label order printed and shipped within 3 business days of ordering. All orders ship via First Class mail or Priority mail depending on weight via U.S. Postal Service.

  • Do you charge set up fees.

    No. We do not charge any set up fees.

  • What if I made a mistake on my order?

  • What is your return/refund policy?

    Each label is custom printed to your specifications. Because of this, we cannot offer a full refund on your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us.

  • What size bottle will the labels fit?

    Label dimensions are listed both on the Pricing page , and in the product details on the customization page for every label.

  • Do you have a Privacy Policy?

    Yes, here is the link to our privacy policy. We understand that your privacy is important to you, and we are committed to protecting your personal information and recognize the need to provide security for the personal information you share with us. We do not share your information with anyone outside our company. We use this information only for (1) order fulfillment , (2) to contact you if we have questions about your order, and (3) other activities needed in the delivery of our services and our marketing purposes.
